Cold Heading

We supply micro-miniature components made from non-ferrous materials (Fig. A) that are increasingly used in electronics and instrumentation.

We supply larger intricate shapes (Fig. B) that require a longer progression through a set of dies and punches. The more the part is developed towards the final shape, the more tooling and cost is involved.

Complex parts often require us to do secondary operations such as thread rolling, knurling, swaging, drilling and tapping.

We offer many post-process finishing options that meet industry standards and specifications through our certified outside vendors. We also offer sub-assembly services using these cold headed parts.
